Afro-Brazilian Contemporary Art
Incorporations reflects the African dimension in the Brazilian culture and society. Contemporary artists from different generations express through their work views of political and artistic diversity.
The exhibition presents the multiple relationships with African culture as they exist in Brazil, either by exploring the dimensions of works of art and rituals of Afro-Brazilian religions or artistic works, which aims to participate in the struggle to improve the social conditions of African descent in particular and that of Brazilians in general.
